By using our services, you agree to the conditions contained in this document. Our goal is to help you better understand the numbers your store generates. We don't promise results without backing, but we guarantee a reliable approach to the provided data.

Every cooperation begins with establishing a concrete scope of work. We don't require binding long contracts if there is no such need. We want you to feel safe knowing that you are working with professionals from Toruń who understand local trade realities.

As analysis specialists, we take full responsibility for how we process information entrusted to us. We treat your sales data and access to advertising systems as strictly confidential. We never share your results with competitors nor use them for purposes other than optimizing your store.

Remember that business decisions made based on our reports belong to you. We point the way and show what will work best according to numbers, but you have the final say regarding the implementation of changes in your business. Copernicus Analytics is not responsible for business risks resulting from the client's own decisions.

We use a transparent billing system. All prices of our packages – Start and Scale – are given in PLN and include the required taxes. We issue invoices within 7 days of the end of the billing period. We value your time, which is why the payment process is as simplified as possible.

If you decide that our services do not meet your expectations, you can resign from further cooperation with a notice period of one full month. We do not make difficulties when terminating an agreement – if our paths part, we end cooperation in a civilized and professional manner.
